BEFORE & AFTER PURCHASE

• Faction/Gang questions, including pack questions, should be directed to Faction Management within that Discord.

• Before purchase, you must join the Altitude Faction Management Discord. From there, you’ll need to open a ticket in order to discuss and preliminarily qualify as a Faction within our City.

• Once approved by Faction Management, you’ll be directed to return here and purchase the Faction Pack. At this point you’ll go back to your ticket in Faction Management, advise which pack you’ve purchased, and then we’ll start onboarding you and your Gang!

• Implementation SLA: Once you’ve completed the onboarding process, that’s when we’ll be notified to proceed with implementation of your Faction Pack. Not before! Depending upon the then workload, it can take up to 7 days to fully implement, assuming there’s no technical or script/mlo issues, or delays in requested deliveries such as files, etc. Normally however, we’re looking around a day or two.

Some Things To Note:

1. You must FIRST open a ticket via our Discord and let us know what your plans/desires are so that we can assess it’s viability.

2. When searching for a script/map/mlo/streamable, we require finding and shopping directly from the Developers websites or CFX Profile.

3. Any and all import asset must be Cfx/FiveM/Rockstar TOS Compliant.

   • Example: Vehicles must be ‘lore’ or debaded, copyright and FiveM TOS compliant. This is also true for any type of import asset such as, clothes, housing, businesses, vehicles, etc.

4. If you’re importing a script, you must ensure it’s compatible with Qbox! You must also ensure that the file/license of the import you’re purchasing is transferrable to us, as that’s ultimately what you will be doing regardless if it’s via Cfx Keymaster or the transfer of the digital file.

5. This is very important.

   There’s no guarantees that your specific file/MLO/script, what have you will work properly within our City. These things happen, unfortunately. Most of the time if we identify texture issues, collisions, or other issues, we can troubleshoot and fix them. BUT, that’s not 100% of the time! If that were to happen, you would need to send us another file/map/script for us to try, because we do not offer refunds.

   • Additionally, it’s important to read Altitude RP - Community Rules completely from start to finish. In regards to Business and MLO Ownership, it’s imperative that you read the Community Rules - Section 35.0 - “Business and MLO Ownership”. This section goes over the responsibilities of the Property Owner and Activity requirements. Altitude RP - Community Rules

6. Implementation Turnaround (SLA):

   • In most cases, for most imports (except business implementations) your request should be completed and available within seven (7) days of purchase and file submission. If there’s an issue with your order or parts are missing, such as file not being submitted or file corruption, this will obviously delay or stop the implementation process.

   • Should there be an issue, a member of staff will reach out to you via the contact methods you provided.
