Before purchase, you must join the Altitude Faction Management Discord. From there, you’ll need to open a ticket in order to discuss and preliminarily qualify as a Faction within our City.
Once approved by Faction Management, you’ll be directed to return here and purchase the Faction Pack. At this point you’ll go back to your ticket in Faction Management, advise which pack you’ve purchased, and then we’ll start onboarding you and your Gang!
Implementation SLA: Once you’ve completed the onboarding process, that’s when we’ll be notified to proceed with implementation of your Faction Pack. Not before! Depending upon the then workload, it can take up to 7 days to fully implement, assuming there’s no technical or script/mlo issues, or delays in requested deliveries such as files, etc. Normally however, we’re looking around a day or two.
