Unban Request
This product is for those folks that’s unfortunately received a permanent ban from our server.
This is a one time use, final ‘get out of jail’ ability - to become unbanned. If you’ve been permanently banned from our server, we encourage you to submit a Discord ticket FIRST to appeal your ban.
We do not have this option as a way to generate money from our player-base/community. This is our way of extending a way for our players that have messed up, but have learned from their mistakes and truly want to be part of our amazing community. This is meant to give a second chance, and it’s supposed to ‘sting’ a bit - the only way for us to make it sting and ensure our troublemakers have learned from their mistakes is by hitting the bank account.
We truly thought for some time about if we would bring this option to the table because we don’t want to be a ‘pay to play’ community, nor do we want to encourage bad behavior by simply buying one’s way out of punitive repercussions.
So, if you’ve been permanently banned from our community and an appeal was denied, consider this option to rejoin our community.
DETAILS
Once you fully purchase this option, please head to our Discord and submit a ticket indicating you’ve purchased the Unban Request.
Staff will validate the purchase and confirm that you haven’t used this unban option before.
A member of our Management and/or Owners Team will connect with you via that ticket to see when a good time for you both is in order to join a Voice Chat.
Once in voice chat with Leadership, the reasoning for your final permanent ban will be discussed along with what you’ve learned and why you want to re-join the community.
It is imperative that you understand the following.
Yes this will unban you and allow you to rejoin the City, in 99.99% of the time. The 00.01% of the time that results in us denying your request would only be you joining the VC Call with an attitude and treating staff with disrespect during the call. Remember, if you do this and we deny your re-entry, that’s your fault and there’s no refund - basically it turns into a ban evaluation fee. So don’t be a prick.
Don’t worry, we don’t foresee this ever happening, hopefully. But only an Owner can deny a paid unban request.
Also, the SLA/total time that this process will likely take up to 7 days. This mostly comes down to availability to have the VC Call. In most cases it will likely be same day or the next.
